CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY To provide the best experience for all clients and respect our providers' time, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice ("No-Show") will also be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. • The cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. • Future appointments may require a valid card on file and payment of any outstanding fees before booking. We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation at our discretion.
